Networking in a Fertile Field

Who could have thought a harmless cucumber and tomato would make headline news for carrying a deadly E-coli bacteria?  It’s either man made, which comes from violating natures’ laws, or comes with the territory of mass producing everything.  Poor farmers again.  And the public.

Hard times, fertile fields, trouble in the Middle East
Have you ever thought whether your job, profession or business is safe enough to ride out the relentless global economy Tsunami?  For every job advertised (certainly in office administration, IT etc) there are at least 200-300 applicants.  Should we be switching to a recession proof profession: politics, banking, religious leader, legal, medical, education, journalism.  And of course we need to buy food, clothes and whatever is in demand.  Innovation and networking businesses will always take on a new spin in troubled times.  Don’t get me wrong, there will always be room in the world for the next invention.  However, inventions must be marketed to reach audiences.  And any business that uses network marketing to distribute its products will succeed somehow.  In the States we often hear of people having two and three jobs.  For the majority of the British public, one job is supposed to be sufficient to provide for all our needs.  But, multiple income streams albeit through employment or independent business efforts appears to be a fast growing way of making ends meet.
De-clutter tip
So this weekend’s de-clutter tip is examine how fertile your business field is.  Does the income from it barely cover your essentials?  How effective are you at marketing yourself or product.  It doesn’t matter how good the food is, if there are no buyers, there’s no sale.  And if the word selling drives shivers down your spin or the thought of talking to strangers about  yourself and your business, then you need immediate help.  This type of business activity will not go away.  It’s what makes you stand out from the crowd.  Networking: what is your perception of social media?  Are you giving a signal or making noise?  Give us a call.  We have established network marketing experts to help you supplement your income, as well as gurus on social media.  PS: there’s a course entitled, Nuts ‘n’ Bolts of Networking on Wednesday 22 June that will take you to another level.  Don’t miss out.
Never be afraid to find a new fertile field!
